I had a pleasant stay overall at Grand Mogador Menara & Spa. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, especially Fatima, who went above and beyond to assist us. However, some areas need improvement, such as the outdated elevators and the abrupt service regarding breakfast takeaways. Still, the hotel's location is excellent, making it a decent place for both relaxation and accessibility. 🌞😊

My stay at Grand Mogador Menara & Spa was a mix of pleasant and frustrating experiences. The location was excellent for accessing the tourist areas, and breakfast was a highlight with a variety of tasty options. However, I faced issues with the front desk service and charges for amenities that felt unnecessary.

My room was comfortable, but it wasn't cleaned during my stay, which was disappointing for a five-star hotel. The balcony was nice but only had one chair, making it difficult to relax outside.
Service

While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others at the front desk were unhelpful, especially regarding transportation options. There was also a significant language barrier, which made communication challenging.

The location was great, close to the bustling medina and a shopping mall. It offered a nice balance of activity and tranquility, making it easy to explore Marrakesh.

Breakfast was delicious and varied, but I found other meal options lacking in freshness, particularly the vegetables and fruits. It sometimes felt like there weren't enough resources for the number of guests.

The facilities included a beautiful outdoor pool area, but issues with room service and air conditioning were frustrating. There was also a waiting period to check into my room despite it being fully paid.

I had mixed experiences during my stay. The hotel is in a good location, close to shopping and dining options. but the facilities and service left much to be desired. My room was dated and not very clean, which really affected my comfort. There were bright spots like friendly staff, but overall, I wouldn't exactly rate it a 5-star experience.
Rooms

My room was tired with a cracked bathtub and outdated decor. I encountered cleanliness issues like dirty floors and no fresh sheets. The noise from outside was disruptive, especially since my room faced a busy road.

While I appreciated the friendly staff, I often found their service lacking. Calls to reception went unanswered, and getting room service took too long. However, a few staff members tried their best to help despite the circumstances.

The hotel's location was a big plus. conveniently situated near Menera Mall and great local restaurants. It was also close to the city center, making exploring quite easy.

Breakfast had a good variety, which I enjoyed. Still, the overall food experience wasn't impressive, and I preferred dining out at the amazing restaurants nearby instead.

The facilities were quite underwhelming. The pool area was nice, but overall, the hotel felt understaffed, and things like the spa were not functioning properly. Wi-Fi issues made my stay even less enjoyable.

My recent stay at Grand Mogador Menara & Spa was overall enjoyable, with a beautiful room and great location. The breakfast truly stood out with a vast selection of delicious options. However, I was disappointed by the construction noise around the hotel and some lack of responsiveness from staff regarding the sauna and room issues.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, but there were some issues. Unfortunately, the lighting was poor, and there were a couple of light bulbs out. Also, the bathroom setup was a bit inconvenient with a bath instead of a walk-in shower, and a complete absence of shower curtains.
Service

The staff were courteous and attentive during my visit, especially in the dining area where Mr. Mustapha Alami ensured everything was great. However, I encountered some rudeness at check-in that left a difficult impression initially.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a more upscale area of Marrakesh. It was easy to access main attractions and the airport, all being just a short taxi ride away.

The hotel offered good facilities, including a lovely pool area. However, it was disappointing to find the indoor pool closed for maintenance during my stay, and the sauna incurred additional costs.

I had a mix of experiences at Grand Mogador Menara & Spa. The rooms were nicely designed and comfortable, but I can’t ignore the hiccups I faced with the dining experience. The pool area was stunning, yet the noise from nearby construction was a downside. Overall, while there were some highlights, a few aspects left me wanting more.
